Job Description Job Duties:
The role of the Logistics Warehouse Supervisor is to ensure that products are received, produced, warehoused and shipped efficiently.
This position is also for managing the production and shipping schedule for all orders.

Coordinate with Director of Operations and manage the production schedule to maintain inventory stock at a level to meet existing and forecasted orders Evaluate and monitor production for improvements in quality and efficiencies Coordinate the receipt of raw materials, bulk goods and finished goods and ensure that QC inspection is complete before product is released.
Manage the efficient storage of goods in the warehouse.
Advise management on inventory issues related to backorders, low inventory levels, etc.
Arrange for appropriate physical inventory count as part of inventory monitoring.
Keep inventory records updated.
Coordinate cycle count activity ensuring accuracy in inventory.
Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and others who are in the production/receiving/shipping area Responsible for planning the daily work load of their team.
Assign work to employees Resolves day to day or routine departmental related problems.
Will be responsible for employees meet and exceed roles & responsibilities meeting all KPI.
Assists team in the achievement of goals.
Monitor worker performance and communicate to Director of Operations as required Expedite freight movement Explain rules, policies, regulations work orders, specifications and work techniques to workers Determine appropriate response needed to fulfill emergency orders Develop maintenance schedules Any additional duties/responsibilities assigned Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
Ability to multi-task and remain focused at all times in a fast paced and growing environment Strong leadership skills Ability to successfully interact with customer representatives and executive and managerial personnel Ability to drive/operate a fork lift Ability to drive/operate a yard truck on premises Must have the ability to lead and supervise warehouse staff; managing your own work load as well as others 3-5 minimum Retail Logistics experience required Bilingual Spanish required Strong effective communication skills verbal and written Possess and display a passion for getting the job done Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to communicate effectively with others- both verbally and written Ability to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships with company vendors, overseas suppliers, clients, customers etc.
High degree of professional decorum and business maturity required Ability to successfully serve as a member of a team Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changes within the work group s procedures PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Job duties requires a full range of body motion, including handling and lifting up to max 50 lbs Job duties requires manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination required Job duties requires vision and hearing corrected within normal range Job duties requires an employee be able to climb stairs, bend and/or stand for extended periods Job duties requires an employee to work under fast paced demanding conditions Source:
