F & B Manager - Private Club
The Food and Beverage Manager will be a dedicated professional, team leader responsible for all aspects of the of the food and beverage department, including but not limited to, staffing, hiring, employee development,budget cost and controls, event promotion, quality assurance, and a relentless pursuit to member satisfaction.
The Food and Beverage Manager will report to the General Manager.
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the running of the front of the house including the snack bars, card rooms and banquets.
Oversight will include the event coordinator, service and bar staff and the selection and purchasing of the wine and liquor.
This position requires a hands-on manager with strong knowledge and experience in the training and development of supervisory and service staff.
This person will be self-motivated and possess high moral character.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
