Company Description Job Description Under the direction of the Director of IT, IT Manager is responsible for the management of the computer support personnel for the Agency.
Supervise IT personnel, conducting their performance evaluations on a timely basis.
Routinely review and evaluate current systems to ensure that system security violations are kept to a minimum, resolved and documented.
Maintain the Disaster Recovery Program for the VNA computer systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Information Systems or related field preferred.
Minimum of five years of computer related experience with at least two years in the home health setting preferred.
Minimum of two years management experience with strong leadership skills in a computer operations environment preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
