BSN (Bachelors in Nursing) 2 years of clinical experience in emergency department/triage Healthcare and Clinical Operational Experience (3-5 years Current California RN License American Heart Association BLS/ACLS and Pals certifications.
OCN perferred but not required Demonstrated skills in goal setting, budgeting, operations and human resource management.
Ability to work effectively with hospital/Medical Center staff, department staff, physicians, clinicians, and patients.
Must exhibit effective communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
