Recruiter for Skilled Trades Express Employment Professionals of Covina is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer service oriented individual to join the team as a Recruiter Specialist.
The current team is very energetic and fun to work with on a daily! Location:
Covina, CA (this is NOT a remote position)Hours:
M-F 8-5 (Alternate work schedule availabel with every other Friday off)Pay:

Summary:
The Recruiters primary emphasis is on managing and recruiting new talent to fill open job orders.
Recruiters are expected to build and maintain a strong core of associates with a variety of job skills and be able to quickly and efficiently identify these associates for possible matches with our client's needs:
we have great tools to assist with this process! Strong phone and interpersonal skills are essential, good customer service is a must.
Responsibilities:
Interview ApplicantsScreen and interview associate applications for matches to open jobsIncrease office and team effectiveness through daily communicationWork closely with all office team members to ensure there is a strong pipeline of associates to fill job ordersUnderstand open positions so you can effectively screen applicants and refer them to the internal Employment Specialists for placementPerform other related duties as necessary and assignedAssist at front desk with application processAssist in answering incoming callsCompose routine correspondence and reportsDevelop and maintain professional knowledge of the market, staffing industry, and pertinent labor lawsAdhere to the Express systemMaintain a thorough knowledge of the staffing and placement services offered by Express Job Type:
Full-time in the office (NOT remote) located in Covina, CASchedule:
After completion of training period, flexible work schedule available - every other Friday offExperience Required:
Bilingual Spanish is a mustStaffing Agency experience 1
