Successful Customer Service Representatives will possess 2-3 years prior customer service experience, preferably in logistics, distribution or call-center environment.
(prior 3PL experience is highly desired) excellent phone etiquette with a customer-focused attitude proficiency and recent experience using SAP proficiency and recent experience using AS400 (experience with ERP and WMS systems is a plus) experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) advanced Microsoft Excel user skills excellent verbal and written communication skills; internal & external customers; management, peers, customers and vendors.
excellent follow through with the ability to manage multiple competing projects, yet still able to deliver on-time.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
