Company Description Job Description An established home health agency is seeking an experienced bilingual home health RN case manager for the San Gabriel area who can speak English and Spanish.

Job Summary Education Associates Degree in Nursing Certifications/Licensures CA Nursing license Current automobile insurance policy Experience Required Must have case management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and communicate clearly and respectfully to patients.
Nursing (RN) skills required with the ability to work under stress/pressure and must have accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be multi-task oriented and have work prioritization and follow-through skills.
Works independently and accurately with minimal supervision.
Must be proficient in various computer programs.
