Advanced Specialist Customer Technical Support - Danaher Corporation (Brea, CA) Generally, this role will be spend 4 days out of the week in a traditional CTS role and 1 day of the week on these responsibilities: Develop the call center knowledge database with trouble shooting cases and solutions.
