We are looking for an experience individual who is familiar with E-Commerce; to help with the organization and running of the daily operations with E-Commerce team.
This position is on-site at our Irwindale corporate headquarters.

What does E-Commerce Coordinator do? The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities Sort and distribute work tasks provided by manager in a timely manner.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
Assisting E-Commerce team amongst other job duties assigned.
Responsible for bookkeeping information pertaining to quick books.
Requirements and skills Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred E-Commerce / IT skills experience required Proficiency in MS Office / Excel, PPT Critical thinking skills Good written and verbal communication skills Customer service Bilingual / Mandarin preferred Payrate:
