DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Data entry:
items, sales orders, invoice, shipping labels, purchase orders, bills Correspond and follow up with vendors for orders and quotes Organize and monitor inventory, samples, and production Follow up on orders Prepare for incoming and outgoing shipments Paperwork filing Correspond with freight forwarder, factories, and suppliers Assist and correspond with fast-paced sales department, accounting, graphics dept, and production Price list update SKILLS REQUIRED:
Attention to details Google Workspace Good with numbers Good organizational skills Problem solving skills Fast learning Multi-task QuickBook knowledge and Chinese Mandarin (type/read) are a plus Must have legal working status Position can be full-time or part-time (flexible 20hrs+/week depending on work flow).
Remote maybe possible depending on individual circumstances after in-person training.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
