Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Assist with data entry and updating monthly spreadsheets - Assist with billing and accounts payable as needed - Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital - Act as a personal assistant to executives as needed - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail for proofreading and editing documents - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with office management software and systems - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Experience in calendar management and scheduling Education requirements:
