Job Summary Provides administrative support to the Director.
This support includes maintaining files, maintaining appointment calendar, making all meeting/travel arrangements, taking and preparing minutes, independently creating correspondence, and performing general clerical duties such as filing, copying, answering telephones, distributing mail.
Works closely with the Director, Managers and staff members in the performance of all duties required within assigned department.
Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors or Associates Degree in related area or equivalent work experience preferred.

Ability to take meeting minutes.
Typing speed of 55 wpm.
Advanced Word Processing and Spreadsheet experience required with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Knowledge of good grammar, punctuation, proofreading and spelling.
Ability to compose letters independently.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and determine priorities.
Minimum Experience Requirement:
Three to five (3-5) years of experience in Health Care Administration or similar office environment.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License Requirement:
Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
Pay Range:
$22.
