He/She reviews hospice medical records for assessment of the quality of clinical services to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures and applicable standards and make recommendations for changes in policies, procedures, systems and for staff education.
Ability to make meaningful observations and write comprehensive accurate reports.
Knowledge of QAPI functions/Medicare COPs, State Regulations.
Proficient at working with computers.
Ability to be attentive to detail.
Possesses excellent verbal and written skills.
