Working with assigned Business Developer Following up on pending opportunities Entering new opportunities into Sales Force Downloading Bid documents Creating Bid packages Scheduling courier services for bid packages to ensure timely delivery Other Administrative duties
Qualifications:
Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Highly organized, must have follow through & follow up, and be detail oriented.
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team, must have a can do attitude.
Strong oral/written communication skills, ethics, and integrity Hourly wage $21 Our office hours are 7:
