Job SummaryThe Staff LVN is a licensed clinical practitioner who provides patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the patient's home.
He/She ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner consistent with the standard of care/within scope of practice.
Job RequirementsMinimum Education RequirementMinimum Experience RequirementAt least one year of professional nursing experience required.
One year of acute, SNF, hospice, or home health experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Minimum License RequirementCurrent LVN license in the State of California.
Maintains BLS healthcare provider certification/re-certification as required.
IV and blood withdrawal certification are required upon date of hire/transfer.
Current valid Driver's License along with current auto insurance coverage.
Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
