This is an ENTRY_LEVEL position and does not require experience.
This candidate must have reliable transportation, have excellent customer service skills, Proficient in EXCEL and WORD, GOOGLE DOCS, and OUTLOOK.
This candidate must be able to navigate websites using PC.
The Admin Assistant will assist in scheduling interviews, phone screening candidates, updating files, entering data in excel, creating documents in word.
Publish job ads on career pages and job boards Phone screen and schedule interviews for prospective hires Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, and checking for requirements Verifying background checks and pre-employment physicals Assist new hire orientations and paperwork Filing paperwork and adding information to company database Meet recruitment quotas Attending job fairs and building relationships with colleges Any additional clerical work needed in the office Required
Qualifications:
Reliable Transportation.
Strong written and communication skills Professionalism and organizational skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs Able to meet high demands and work under pressure Friendly and positive attitude Experience in an office setting a plus! Must willing to get live-scan and get a physical.
