Call center background experience preferred Customer service background experience a must Alarm monitoring background experience Processing Work Orders - ex Incident Reports, etc 24/7 operations center tasked with monitoring security systems throughout the territory.
The analyst receives and responds to numerous alarms, and handles multiple phone calls daily.
The analyst is the first line support on security-related incidents.
