WE ARE HIRING!! Pierre Landscape is an Accounting Clerk to assist with our A/P, A/R and Certified Payroll.
The ideal candidate will have great time management, communication skills and follow through.

Responsibilities:
Post and verify invoices in a timely manner.
Identifies and takes advantage of potential vendor discounts.
Processes payments and payment requests for direct costs.
Collects releases from vendors.
Runs monthly aging reports/DVBE ReportsCollects insurance certificates from our vendors.
Review expense coding for proper allocation.
Verifying coding of purchase orders for vendors bills.
Keeping W-9 and Insurance Files Up to DatePerform vendor statement reconciliations Assist with reconcile invoices and identifying discrepancies Process reimbursement formsKeep Vendor information up to date on sageAssist with timely and accurate billing of assigned projects.
Help track and resolve outstanding payment issuesResearch and resolved collection issuesCommunicate with Project Managers and ensure proper billing as neededCertified Payroll submission as needed.
Daily tasks such as data entry, mailing, filing, etc.
Qualities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Have high proficiency in high volume data entry Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detailHighly organizedTeam Player
Experience:
1-2 years experience in A/P & A/R or accounting position is preferredBachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance is a plusWilling to train the right candidate.
Pay Range $21-$24 hourly depending on experienceBenefits
