F policies, as well as all FDA/GMP and Local OSHA regulations.
Study Production schedules and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of Kitting assignment Suggest changes to increase efficiency of department or work crew and assign projects within scope of responsibility.
Develop work processes that deliver continuous improvement in the department Work cohesively with Inventory Planner/Supervisor to improve the Cycle Count accuracy to Industry standards EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experienced in motivating, supervising and training warehouse personnel and excellent problem solving skills Minimum High School Diploma or BA or BS degree a plus with 5-10 years related experience in the warehouse CERTIFIED for forklift training with ability to train the staff on fork lifts operations Any APICS training and/or certification are desirable Prior experience with inventory control is required LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and organizational skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
