Advanced Specialist Customer Technical Support - Danaher Corporation (Brea, CA)

Generally, this role will be spend 4 days out of the week in a traditional CTS role and 1 day of the week on these responsibilities: Develop the call center knowledge database with trouble shooting cases and solutions. Target 100 cases. Author training material for CTSs, external customers, Field Service Engineers, and other internal customers. Publish White Papers, Service & Technical Bulletins, and Service Manual. Available for occasional afterhours on-call support as required. Travel to Brea, CA will be required approximately 2x per year for 2 weeks at a time to conduct Statspin training, attend other product training, and conduct other responsibilities. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
