Seeking Sales Associate
Gonzalez Business Solutions, based in Monrovia, is looking for Sales Associates to get on the ground floor of growing a new company.
This is not a telemarketing job.

Qualifications:
-Must have at least 2 years in B2B sales -Must be able to manage all clients big or small with precise accuracy -Adept with best practices in database marketing and direct marketing principles -Database agency management (good understanding of data filtering management, manipulation, delivery) -Strong communication/Interpersonal skills -High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work well under pressure and tight deadlines -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities -Strong computer skills (if you type with 2 index fingers do not apply) - The ability to work from your home without distraction Education
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree preferred -Must have a High School Diploma Compensation:
-Stage 1 - Commission Only - 30% of all sales -Stage 2 - Commission
Base -Stage 3 - Salary
Benefits All Stage 1 commissions are 30% of revenue our Solutions range from $120 to $2,250.
Our products (website design, advertisement design, etc) range from $600 to $10,000+.
All other stages will be discussed at the time of promotion.
