Company Description Job Description Immediate opening is available with a thriving company, specializing in all aspects of maintenance and service of cellular building sites.
This position will require the ability to work with and report to the Service Manager and Purchasing Department.
The Warehouse Inventory Clerk is responsible for:
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Inform Purchasing of which items must be reordered.
Work with Purchasing in order to maintain adequate stock as needed.
Assist with the receiving of shipments, maintain inventories, keep operating records by specific job, and prepare record of materials in stock.
Data Entry of job part estimates.
Warehouse duties as assigned Basic Mechanical skills REQUIRED (knowledge of performing oil changes/changing brakes) Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus QUALIFICATIONS Must be competent at oral and written communications and handle basic math computations.
Should have prior hardware retail experience, including but not limited to counter experience with basic inventory management skills.
Able to drive forklift, if certified and applicable, and use a hand truck and/ pallet jack.
Additional Info PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Requires good manual skills (gross and fine finger dexterity).
Must be able to reach above shoulder level.
Must be capable of squatting, bending and reaching.
Must be capable of climbing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching on an occasional basis.
