Healthcare and Clinical Operational Experience - (3-5 years) Required Certification/License:
Current California Nursing License Preferred Certification:
OCN preferred.
BMT certification optional Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated skills in goal setting, budgeting, operations and human resource management.
Ability to work effectively with Hospital/Medical Center staff, department staff, physicians, clinicians, and patients Must exhibit effective communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
