Dental Lab Technician II 3M is seeking a Dental Lab Technician II for the Health Care Business Group located in Monrovia, CA.

The person hired for the position of Dental Lab Technician IIwill be responsible for the Orthodontic Stone Model set up.
Must be able to manage set-up cases and must be able to produce the required minimum number of dental modules that are of high quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Produces orthodontic set-ups for treatment with fixed appliances.
Indirect communication with the customer (orthodontists) may be required.
Must be able to work with computer systems as appropriate within department to perform job functions May be required to assist in basic training of co-workers on an as-needed basis.
Must be able to perform essential functions of the position as described in the Functional Job Analysis.
Performs miscellaneous duties as required by supervision.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Two years of experience with the complete fabrication of quality prosthetic denture products Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working with orthodontic and/or dental products Experience in orthodontic or dental lab Knowledge of tooth anatomy, function and occlusion Good oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Experience setting up and modifying models About 3M Qualified applicants will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
