Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with gastronomy tubes, ventilators, and tracheotomies.
One year of home health experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be licensed as a LVN.
Must have 1 year verifiable professional experience as a LVN.
Must have current AHA BLS CPR Certification.
Must have current TB.
Must possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Must be able to provide evidence of automobile liability insurance.

LVNs focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, adolescents, and adults in their homes or other locations requested by the families of the patients.
Patients will typically have serious illnesses or disabilities or may be recovering from serious injuries or extensive surgery. LVNs will be expected to assess their patients' conditions during every shift. The assessment may include taking vital signs including temperature, pulse, blood pressure and respiratory rate. Gastrostomy, ventilators, and tracheostomies are common among patients. LVNs operate under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services.
