As a Customer Service Support / Call Center Representative II, you provide quality customer service via mail, phone, email, Live Chat, fax and other channels, enhance the Credit Union's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, assist peers with problem solving and troubleshooting due to expanded knowledge of Credit Union functions; resolve problems by clarifying issues; promote team participation on a departmental and organizational level, establish new memberships, assist members with monetary and non-monetary transactions, cross-sell products and services, process loan pre-approvals over the phone and resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum three years of banking experience, minimum two years of experience dealing with the public in a call center environment, cross-selling experience, knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets, excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Episys, Synapsys, STAR and FDR experience, Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills, knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and accounting principles are all strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
You must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 8:
00am to 5:
30pm; Friday, 8:
00am to 6:
00pm; Saturday (occasional), 8:
30am to 1:
30pm (40 hours per week).
